Oxygen Park

We live very close to the Oxygen Park development, as it is only 300 metres in a straight line from the habitat. We were thinking about the second stage, but we decided to wait for the last one with a flat with a garden of our dreams, and we got it! We are very happy that we are going to live on a beautiful estate, among greenery, relative silence and in a neighbourhood that we know. Thanks to Ms Margaret and her professional approach to the client, we felt very well looked after during our meetings. She showed us many flats in a 3D walk-through, answered many emails without delay and showed angelic patience.

Oxygen Park definitely stands out among the developments in the south of Gdańsk. The intimate housing estate resembles a villa district. The buildings are surrounded by greenery ensuring the owners' privacy. An investment with great potential for sure. The contact with the sales office was more than very good. Despite the fact that we were looking for a small flat, the developer's representative, Mr Krystian Pankiewicz, treated us with incredible kindness and professionalism, devoting any amount of time, contacting us and patiently answering our numerous questions. Oxygen Park is a very interesting investment located in the southern part of Gdańsk, and I am the buyer of one of the units. I was persuaded to buy a flat in this development by the original design of the residential buildings, which stands out against other developments in the area, the functional layout of the flats and the proximity of service outlets. The progress of the works and the changes taking place at the construction site are visible from day to day. Nothing but waiting to receive the keys from the first stage. Special thanks are due to Ms Malgorzata - in fact, we stopped by the Monting office without an appointment, in between meetings with two developers. Mrs Malgorzata greeted us with a smile and the meeting ‘for a moment’ turned into a half an hour conversation during which we got answers to a lot of our questions and, most importantly, we found our dream flat. We would like to thank Ms Małgorzata for her interest in our investment, professional service and assistance in completing the loan-related paperwork. I recommend taking a look at the offer.
